What would be some good questions to ask at a retirement seminar?

Tomorrow my employer is having a seminar for those employees interested in taking the “early” retirement incentive now being offered. All employees interested have to retire by the end of September, which doesn’t leave much planning time. This seminar is a one-chance opportunity to get info on retirement, so I want some feedback on what would be some good questions to ask.
Will you be able to draw your pension immediately. Will accrued leave be paid in lump. Do you still receive Medical Coverage, do you have to pay for this. Can you change your mind and return.
How much more is the buyout adding to your monthly pension check. Am I allowed to find another job. Protect yourself.
Here’s what I would ask:
1) What deductions can I expect from my pension check?
2) Will I receive healthcare insurance as well as dental and vision care? What will be the cost? How long will I receive these benefits after retiring?
3) Can I seek other employment? (some companies don’t want their retirees working, especially for a rival or anyplace that would be considered a conflict of interest).
4) If I can have another job, what is the maximum salary I can earn without jeopardizing my pension?
