What is the one most pressing issue stopping you investing in property now?

I would like to know, in the current market, why people are not investing in property and that is for all types of investors or potential investors. Please specify if you are a new or experienced investor when you answer.
I just bought 5 houses in 2010. Plan on getting 1 or 2 more in 2011.
So not sure why you assume nobody is investing

um.. job stability for me.. have been saving and have money but in my industry I seem to be unemployed, then employed then reemployed *sighs*
makes going to uni seem kinda like an expensive waste…
i feel prices are not through dropping in value yet, i used to own real estate.
Uncertainty which direction the world is heading. USA is no longer the world’s super power but China. However, China is a communist country thus policies are not that ‘open’ to the world. Then you have the European Union struggling to stay ‘united’. At this moment, its still not certain if Euros will break loose.
HI David, I have a property some challenges at the moment in investing right now is the real state of the economic disorder such as unemployment infation and new debt bubbles happening this monetary policy of massive money supply by the fed may just delay bigger problems unless they can use magic to exit, but you are right ther will be a time soon for us to invest in more property.
I think the time will tell with in the next year or two.. I just know at the moment there are better ways to make my money work harder for me for example…
