What is the difference between central planning and natural economy?

I don’t really understand the difference between central planning and natural economy, so could you please explain it to me?

natural meaning traditional?
Difference is the central planner, which does not exist in traditional economy which is so primitive that everybody knows and central coordination is not necessary.
