What is the best bank in the Philippines with good interest rate for an individual like me?
I plan to save some of my salary to a joint account with my girlfriend and another personal account with atm for my personal needs. What is the best bank for both of my needs?
I’m thinking of BDO and BPI since they are one of the largest banks in the country right now.

I hope you will not lose money in the end. It is not advisable to open a joint account with a girlfriend or boyfriend. It is too risky for both of you to be joining funds at this stage. If you must insist to open a bank account with a girlfriend, your first challenge is to find a bank in the Philippines that will allow you to open an account with a non-spouse. It is not yet known if banks in the Philippines will even allow you to open a joint account with a non-spouse in the first place.
