If politicians pretty much do what their financial sponsors tell them to do instead of trying to represent their communities and thinking ahead, then why bother with them at all?
Why bother with elections and creating legislative assemblies? Why not just make government a corporate boardroom with reps of great businesses and finances. They are making the decisions anyway, why do we need legislators as expensive middlemen? Instead of political affiliation, we can have corporate affiliation.

I disagree with Ron Paul on most issues, but I respect his integrity. He has thought the issues through and come to his own conclusions based on his own internal guiding principals. Love him or hate him, but you can’t question his loyalty to his beliefs.
