    phils claims make perfect sense, cuz he has his own free speech and opinion in his vids, he doesn’t mean to copyright in anyway. Youtube doesn’t take sides so it’s pretty much DSP vs. Ubisoft, but Ubisoft havent got any infringments apart from the fact that DSP played SC:C b4 it came out in Europe. Aside from that, Ubisoft ain’t got sh!t. Good luck, phil! I’ll be watching! :)
