I work at a cell phone shop where people sign 3 year contracts. I sign up several people each day for about half a year now and only 1 person read the terms and conditions before signing. Her husband was a lawyer.

I never read those either. A lot of times they use all kinds of legal jargon anyway and you can’t understand it.
i didn’t know anyone actually did read those..
the only time i’ve ever read one is when i was high in a hotel trying to use their wireless internet; anyways i’m glad i read it because it said that if i agreed all the files on my computer would be accessible to anyone else using the internet & that the hotel would have control and connection to my laptop’s webcam anytime afterwards.
