Is an extension of unemployment benefits really going to help the economy?

With that logic, how about we triple the unemployment and imagine how much more the economy will be stimulated if that amount of unemployed will get a benefit extension? That would REALLY stimulate the economy right? Then, the people remaining that actually have jobs, let’s tax the heck out of them to pay for all the unemployment benefit extensions. That would work, right?
The rich didn’t get rich by sitting on money, they got rich by investing it and creating businesses. I guess you wouldn’t understand since you’ve probably never been rich. Sitting on money NEVER made anyone rich.

Tunisian President Condemns Violent Protests Over Unemployment
(RTTNews) – Tunisian President Zine al-Abidine Ben Ali on Tuesday condemned the recent violent protests over the high rate of unemployment in the north African country, warning that such unrest could promote joblessness further due to their adverse effect on tourism and investor confidence.

You MUST Share This INFORMATION!!! This is stunning visual proof of just how serious our unemployment and economic situation we’re currently facing. Do not let anyone tell you it’s getting better…that we’re out of the woods. Millions of jobs have been lost and each job is a human life that is now facing desperate financial situation. Each of those millions who have lost there jobs touch tens and hundreds of millions of people…and even more abroad. How can our economy improve with this many people out of work??? In addition to this…companies are cutting hours, cutting P/T workers and cutting benefits…AND cutting pay. This will add enormous pressure on real estate, consumer spending, investing, etc…..AND on government tax revenue from us and from US companies. This map looks scary …BECAUSE IT IS SCARY!!!!
