I hear that if a bank goes under other banks will buy these mortgages. But with so many mortgages exceeding values of homes, many banks might not want to buy the mortgages. What would happen if a bank goes under, and no one wants to buy their crappy mortgages?

So i didnt pay my car loan for 2 months . So my finance company decided to call of my references , dad , brother , landlord! diclosing information. are they aloud to do that?
What business license does one need to start up a video game tournament company? And how do acquire them?
The company is going to do online tournaments as well as live events including video game seminars, classes, and conventions. I have the whole business outline done and I even have a couple of events planned later this year. But I have a feeling that I need to get some kind of license in order to do this legally. Does anyone know what forms I need to get and where I should go to get them?

The majority lose their money and sink away. So what do the majority do that make them fail on the stock market? Any links to websites or articles/advice of what not to do wrong when investing in stocks?
