When is the right time to start investing money?

I’m not talking about markets, I mean how can I tell when my personal finances will allow me to start investing? I want my money to work for me, but I’m still trying to pay the mortgage and put food on the table.
Looking for a position to learn investing in stocks, please point me in the right direction?
Couple years experience in another industry but I am willing to work and have a great interest in the stock market and investing. I am looking for a way to break into the field with no experience other than my personal investments. If anyone is willing to help me in the Philly area preferably that would be great. Thanks.
How easy to get a student loan with the economy situation right now?

I’m planning to continue my education to a 4-year college. However, I’m not sure with the tough economy right now. Everything is going up, including books and tuition. Do you think it’s easy to get a student loan these days? Do you think it’s a good idea to go back to school now or wait later? Please I need all advise and opinion. Thank You.
Is the economy too slow to launch an ecommerce site right now?
I am going to launch an e commerce site, but I am wondering if I should wait until there is some indication that the economy is recovering. What do you think? Wait it out or get busy so those spiders can crawl my site even if I am not selling right away? There is carrying cost so I want to be smart about it. Thanks.
