The Fed Under Fire
Posted by admin in Finance Thursday, 9 September 2010 02:55 25 Comments
The Federal Reserve is one of the most powerful and secretive institutions in Washington, long considered beyond the reach of lawmakers. But now, as details emerge of how the Fed secretly doled out more than a trillion dollars during the financial crisis, a rare bipartisan movement in Congress demands that the Fed be held accountable.

From the album “Disorganized Fun” Buy the music here: www.ronaldjenkees.com www.ronaldjenkees.com ———- A Quote from Ronald Jenkees: If someone has no way of paying for my music, or if it’s'against their religion’ to pay for anything digital (LOL), whatever the reason, I’d personally rather those people be able to enjoy my music rather than to not hear it at all. I’m not going to give a tutorial on how to download torrents of my album (google it, it’s simple stuff) but I’m also not going to hate on anyone that downloads my music or shares it with a friend. That said, I still think it’s important to support the stuff you like whether that’s software, music, whatever… I hope that everyone will keep it in mind that Im an independent artist. I make most of my music from scratch and I’m not signed to any record label.” In my opinion this is inspiring and because of that quote alone I believe you should support this artist if you can. ———- Related Links: www.ronaldjenkees.com en.wikipedia.org www.last.fm www.youtube.com

Trial by Fire: Kel-Tec SU-16C in “The Sledgehammer”
Posted by admin in Finance Saturday, 8 May 2010 05:43 48 Comments
Below is my original sidebar writeup (see review) on the the outstanding Kel-Tec SU-16C. This proof-of-concept video again proves all my previous observations on the gun as it was subjected to some real-world tactical testing in “The Sledgehammer!”. Along with the Glock 34, the little rifle equipped with Weaver “V9″ #849402 scope, achieves an impressive 53 pts under tough conditions in my runs (with much higher possible). //////////////”The Kel-Tec SU-16C is a super lightweight, portable rifle possessing excellent firepower, good accuracy, and reliability. At a mere 4.7 lbs the SU-16C enjoys an amazingly versatile POU: backpacking gun, patrol officer carbine, civilian sheepdog weapon, or aircrew armament. As shown with Burris Speed Dot sight , 30 rd USGI mag (empty), M6 laser/light, and single point sling the SU-16C weighs still a svelte 5.8 lbs. The SU-16C is a high value gun and competes against that also excellent Ruger Mini-14 in the high value .223 carbine category (subject to change with pricing). It takes the ubiquitous AR-15 magazines which gives it plentiful and useful firepower. Integrating a built in Picatinny rail, the SU-16C can easily take optics to increase night sighting and overall hit potential. I recommend sticking to very lightweight sighting options on the gun to retain its portability and speed in handling. The iron sights however are good using a ghost-ring aperture system. They are capable of good accuracy at 50 yards as shown with my target proof …
