On Thursday NASA Space Shuttle Discovery launched from Cape Canaveral, Fla. for its 39th and final trip into space. The six crew members are bringing new experiments and hardware to the International Space Station. Also on board is Robonaut 2, the first humanoid robot to fly in space. Discovery’s flight marks the retirement of NASA’s shuttle fleet. Endeavor and Atlantis are expected to launch later this year.
How do I dilute to make a stock solution, chem lab final?
So my chem lab final is coming up, and this is what the email said it entails:
The practical will test your ability to make a stock solution of a specified concentration from a solid and then make a dilution of specified concentration from the stock solution.
Can someone please explain what this means in less general terms, and perhaps do an example or give a useful link? Maybe you’ve even done this before!
I’m worried about this and I really need an A, so anything to help me better understand this would be great!

If monopolization of the economy continues, what would be its final result?

If there are only a few monopolies left in each industry, then even they can merge and there will be ONE BIG MONOPOLY left in the whole economy. This would be the equivalent of centralized planning and the end of capitalism.
Or am I wrong? If I am wrong, what factors can stop the process of monopolization of the economy at a convenient piont?

Moved from Virginia prior to final federal retirement effective date – is last pay subject ot VA tax?
I moved from VA a few days prior to my official retirement effective date. I receive a final pay, including substantial leave cashed out after I moved. Is this subject to Virginia tax? All preretirement pay, including this shows up on my W2 with VA as the state reflected on it.
