Sportster S&S 100″ 1640 cc. Test ride autumn 2007

Driving scenes Harley sportster streetracker with S&S 1640cc engine. Stockholm Sweden. Stock engine, mildly ported heads, Mikuni HSR 48 carb. Bandit clutch. Baker six speed. ISR Brakes, Öhlins 127 rwhp and 165 Nm in this setup. Today the bike has fuel injection from PFI and Burns designed exhaust, producing 137 rwhp and 178 Nm

    Talk About an crotch rocket! How did you fit that motor in an XL? Frame mods? At all? I mean, it is not just bolt in right?

    @ Nightster760Ja, they are comparable? Changed. I use a fork 1200S. With adjustable preload and D? Damping adjustable. But do I have? MODIFIED the Race Tech springs to linear springs.

    @ Fireblade95 this summer produced 142 rwhp and 181 Nm. today I use Pegasus Fuel Injection, the K ported? heads and I have TIG welded Burns Flat Track Calculated with stepped header exhaust. These mods highlighted the accomplishments of the 126 rwhp and 178 Nm it with the carb HSR48 in the film? Builders had.

    You have to Sweden a lot of time and money has to do, makes my 883 look like a mini-bike.

    @ Fireblade95 ISR around. Front brake is now a 330 mm disc and ISR 6-piston caliper ISR. Less weight then twin discs, but leads? Very good.
