im sure rick knew the answer to the question himself.. he was most likely trying to break it down for some of us american viewers who dont use the metric system. and i think most americans should know what the slang term “in english” means. it means “put into understandable terms” 50% of your everyday americans dont know the metric system.
I knew what he meant since the very moment he said it, “English metric system”. what is the problem?? white people are just really mad cause they dont run anything anymore. The Jews run the media and they’re hiring minorities. I love KOSHER

Oh my God !he said English, for the English metric system, called imperial but we all knew what he was talking about. The main question here is, why are you still using it?
Shouldn’t a reporting professional working for a major news source like CNN be well-versed in converting between “English” and Metric? Oh wait, are you telling me there’s actually very little education and training required? What’s that? They put a HELP WANTED sign in the window and hired him after he left his job at the deli? @Darusdei yes that would be awesome, things are much more precise in the SI units, and the dealine for a International system has gone by and we are still not change to it.

I am an engineering student and you have to be a dumb ass not to know that what he meant by english, there are two measuring systems, the SI units, which the rest of the world and the British units, which is maily called “english” units!

Calm down. “In english” simply refers to putting something into language that is easily understood by the lay person.
His “BIG CRIME” is that he is slightly off in it’s use.

Now I would’ve used ChickHen to flash custom firmware to his psp but he updated to 5.55. So I was wondering if the Half Byte Loader program would be able to run the 5.50 D3 installer at all, since I noticed the program is beta and apparently as many problems left, long enough to flash firmware without bricking his psp.
