My business got a negative review from a disgruntled customer. How do I remove a negative yahoo review?

I own service business. A customer was angry and left me some disparaging remarks. How do I remove these remarks? It is causing me to lose business with other potential customers. Does anyone know what to do to fix this issue? Thanks.

  2. If his remarks are true, try to resolve the problem and have him remove the comments. If they are false and you can prove it, go see a lawyer.
