I bought a land 7500m2 just at the coast of the atlantic ocean. Where do I meet foreign investors and how do I convince them to my dream project?
Go to “business journal” type newspaper in your country. Look in foreign investments – for like minded persons. You’ll need many pictures and survey materials for your land – When you have materials from reliable sources – put your own ad for investors. Set up meetings a local hotels.
Every deal like this I have seen has been a total scam.
Some started building. I remember a big one that was a timeshare and sold shares. They even traded “future” weeks on the timeshare exchanges. It was all phony.
What proof are you offering?
