    What I do see around here in Phoenix driving around is… someone’s BIGGER bandito sign planted right in front of a smaller sign planted earlier… that reminds me of the Spy Vs Spy cartoon from Mad Magazine

    I learnt that realtors don’t like it when I staple a bandito sign over their for sale sign that is planted on a front lawn of a house.

    i’ve looked into those in my state and the redemption period is too long for me but i know opportunities exist with tax liens

    Glad you caught that $17,000.00 lien. Dude, you give a lot of info. Great videos. What do you think about buying houses with tax liens? Is this good to get into? I guess once the state owns it? Have you bought any tax lien property?

    he could satisfy the lien but not likely because that means he wouldn’t make anything on the sell of his house and most sellers are not even going to consider that,,,,

    If you have in your contract “Buyer will pay closing costs minus any liens” could the deal still go through even with a 17k lien? Can the seller satisfy the lien out of their proceeds of sale?

    No, not at all…. Wholesaling Houses is very simple and you never take possession to require a trust

    Thanks Tyrone good job. Someone told me you have to put the property in Trust if you want to flip a property. Is that true?
