How much do investor offer on homes?

My home is worth $115,000. I owe $113,000. My home does not need any kind of fixing. It’s move in ready. How much do an investor usually offer on homes? What penny to a dollar do they offer?

    Are you looking for one of those cash investors? They will pay you about 70k, but you need to close within a couple of weeks, they are not going to play games that take months.
