How do I turn Off the Economy Mode off on my 2007 C4 Grand Picasso?

In 2007 my dad bought a brand new Citroen C4 Picasso Exclusive.
Its a great car, however, when the engine is turned off, and your listening to the radio, after about five minuets the radio goes off and the “economy mode” comes on. To turn off the economy mode you have to start the engine and turn it off again. How do I turn off the economy mode completely, without having to switch on the engine?

You can’t.
All Peugeots and Citroens have this feature which cuts power to ensure the battery stays in good health and always has enough charge to start the car.
It’s a good feature in disguise!
