How can I find a private investor that is willing to finance 60K for a condominium. I’m located in Dallas, TX?
I’ve tried the conventional method of financing but wasn’t approved. I am planning to put a large amount of downpayment (40K) on a 120K property.
What are my options? What can I do?
Would greatly appreciate suggestions and alternative methods of financing.
