New spiral cell + test of all cells. The spiral is handmade and absorbs about 32 amps (12 volts) and when I have the casing active it goes to 44 amps but the production remains comparable to the 32 amps: I am realizing that good building skills and equipment are a nice thing to have, but in hydroxy production once the cell is perfect unless you are connecting it to a sofisticated fine tuned electronically advanced electric system you go nearly nowhere, you remain stock. So now I will learn as much as I possibly can in order to build an optimized cell and then I will go about hooking it up to the best electronical solutions I can find and balance the two tings together. With all the help I am getting from so many people who care I am sure I can come much closer to this goal. Amox

@xsports49 No the spiral is a poor design since it is basically a heater
you say you used 6mm rod to do the spiral. since i dont have the equipment to ply such big rod perfectly. so i used inox wire, you know the ones made with smaller wire. it allow more surface contact. works great !
since i’m just starting in hydrogen fuel cell i dont have any video yet .
but i will one day put some vids about it.

have you found that you getter better out put from the spiral?
we have a new dc to dc converter that will only allow the supply draw under 12 amps but will allow any cell to pull up to an adjustable 32 amps.And it reduces the 12 volts to 4 volts this keeps the temps down,it also has remote turn on therminal resistor to lower amps when the cell gets to hot,and a led to let you know when to add water.
is the spiral better then othere cell designs?
does it create more gas from having more amps or volts? I see big wires and thin plates, does surface area matter? How to create more gas without using many plates? I saw a hho generator for a cutting torch and that sucker was bubbling like a hurricane on the ocean. Another vid shows a car using ONLY hho gas and not even gasoline, so how much gas output would a car need to run? Where is the official data website for this joint effort? Thanks.

Since I am half swiss, I hook a brother up. What you need to do is space the plates in a non linear spacing. Use 2 negative for the outer plates and one positive in the center, and 4 neutral plates ( 2 on each side). Now what you want to do is insulate the outer plates, and 75% of the bottom of the plates. This will cause a convection action and pulse fresh water thru the cell, instead if it cavitating on the hho bubbles. Your HHO generator is basically a short circuit, control the flow.
I think magnetic fields have something to to do with electrolyse.

316L Stainless Steel and only distilled water or demineralized and deionized water.
But before this the steel has to be cleansed with rubbing alcohol so that it is perfectly clean.

@revolxaohemwolb the reason why its good is because its more portable than electricity (due to expensive and inefficent battery tech) and is still more efficient than gasoline. on top of it, who wouldn’t love to blow stuff up safely because the Hydrogen will not explode unless released from its container.
