I am usually a metal person, but Linkin Park always been to my heart when I was born with blood. To those 18 people who rate this down, got no respect towards the hero’s who fought and die.

@theancientyajuta3 “they started it”. we’ve been bombing the middle east for close to 20 years. I like how you say they as if all middle easterners are the same. by that rational we should have attacked vietnam after the japanese bombed pearl harbor, after all they’re all asians. Instead of focusing on bringing justice to those supposedly responsible for 9/11, were in iraq spreading “democracy”. Iraq didn’t do shit to us, and over a half a million innocent civilians are dead now.
I always wondered if the line “With hands held high into a sky so blue / The ocean opens up to swallow you” was any referene to the 2004 tsunami. It happened on a clear day in most of the areas it affected and this song was writted very shortly after it happened.

@PreFleX101 Because in order to have peace you have to have an agreement and as long as there are leaders of countries we’re never going to see an agreement on anything.
@smghqsi peace is not unimaginable, it is what we are fighting for. At this point, it is unattainable, as we cannot merely drop our weapons and sing Kumbaiyah (sp?). I disagree in that hating your comment is a symbol of war, but I agree with you that preflex has an idealistic and childish point of view.
It is true that two wrongs do not make a right, and yet you are correct, life at this moment cannot be peaceful.

Hitler was not a troubled youth, he was 34 years old when appointed chancellor, and a decorated soldier of WWI
Yes, the Germans were led to believe this, especially the children born into his regime. The ones that did kno were either too scared or didn’t care.
There is no proof he was abused or treated poorly, he was the son of a POLITICIAN, not some poor person.
War is bad. But sometimes doing nothing is worse.

Why does everyone think this the germans were lead to beleive (by hitler a troubled youth) that every other race was obselete and should be eradicated if he was treated at a young age or no abused as a child then all that stupid senseless killing would not have happened.

Aw, this was a really quality post. In theory I’d like to write like this too – taking time and real effort to make a good article… but what can I say… I procrastinate alot and never seem to get something done.
