@gotbannedbefore if america falls, the world falls i should say, america holds the seat of world reserve currency which means all other currency are pegged against it. from a purely economical point of view, were pretty much screwed. Britain aint doin so well anymore anyway, they’ve just had to lay of 20% of their police force as of today.
Here’s what street patrol means: it means steet patrol in certain areas. If your house costs more than 300,000 dollars, you get street patrol. If you live in a 40,000 dollar condo, you’re on your own. By the way, PAY YOUR FUCKING TAXES YOU DEADBEAT The top 2 percent pays over blah blah blah of income taxes, where’s yours? Don’t you dare ask what your taxes go for. Don’t ask what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country. FUCK YOU DEADBEAT.
Get ready for states filing bankruptcy next.
I’d rather have a pay decrease than be laid off.
This is crazy.I bet alot of drug lords are going to start moving in NJ real soon after knowing this.I can see this country turning into something like a Madmax or escape from New York movie and that is something you never thought would ever happen in our life time.America is now is becoming like a police state in a electronical from.
@LeksServices The majority of railroad companies in Europe are private. The reason there aren’t such trains in Europe is because the current infrastructure is still suitable for freight transportation needs.
Also, I’d make the argument that there are great examples of public rail transportation services (like the French TGV, German ICE or Spanish AVE) that are unavailable in North America.
Just a quick fact, Niccolo Machiavelli was a well-known proponent of republics. When he wrote The Prince, he was basically trolling.
The More You Know*
Just to let everybody know, I was in Camden buying coke and dope last night, as I oft due. The State police said they aren’t going to let Camden get even worse into the shit, and I was there buying coke and dope prior to the layoffs, right after the layoffs, and I probably will be going into the state police take over. The city doesn’t change.
@qazwas2001 There’s a few in BC too.
@Saaduk92 “Where did I suggest that firing employees brings increased efficiency?” – You don’t even comprehend your own words, let alone mine.
“the best way to reduce cost (and hence reduce debt) is to get rid of some employees” – Right here. Cost saving IS an efficiency. Last comment from me
@BOZ11
Wrong again, Bob.
Where did I suggest that firing employees brings increased efficiency? All I wrote was that reducing employees significantly reduces cost, which it does, and which is why it’s a common business practice to reduce debt.
You’re also implying that the problem was over-staffing, which was never the case. Please keep up.
@Saaduk92 Employers recruit. If there are too many recruits then the employer fucked up. Should I make an equation for you? “It’s called spending money to make money” – Bingo. WTF did u think “ideal” staffing levels meant? You suggested that workers are mainly a cost and that sackings bring increased efficiency. Like I said further up, this is only true if the business is over-staffed, and like someone born in the 90′s u took that as advocacy of bare minimum staffing levels
@BOZ11
It’s called spending money to make money. Or, in the public sector’s case, to increase efficiency to meet targets. No organisation has ever managed to have a hundred percent success rate. Pretending it’s the management’s fault for doing *their* job just because you’re angry is off the mark.

@cam1126
liberals are not the ones saying that the american people are bing taxed too much. you can ethier have police and firefighters to help you in emergincies or you can have lower taxes.
its the republicans fault for making taxes seem like a bad thing.
They weren’t investigating burglaries for years and years. The big money is in the war on drugs… who cares if only 12% of burglaries are solved, they have a prohibition to enforce… not like that’s a bad idea.
@Saaduk92 You didn’t understand this : “Over-staffing is not a skeleton crew + 1.”. Very simply, there is the bare minimumskeleton crew, the ideal, and over-staffed. If a worker hasn’t enough to do in order to warrant the full extent of their salary, then that’s management’s mistake for hiring them in the first place. A properly trained worker is NEVER costing more than they produce where staffing levels are near the ideal. I abhor breaking it down when it’s obvious
The USA is imploding.
@Saaduk92 “If every organisation only hired the bare minimum employees that they needed to work in the business to avoid it from collapsing then most people would be out of a job.”
So you’re saying businesses hire staff (above the minimum number required) because they want to keep unemployment low(er)?
Anyone who has ever been to Camden, NJ knows how scary that place is. They need more police, not less.
laws not enforced, are no longer laws. ….the’re suggestions.
I have no problem with a police officer being discretionary about certain minor infractions, but that can’t be the rule for that officer. If someone is 5 miles over the speed limit, and it seems to the officer that it was accidental, then the very fact that that person got pulled over will make that person more aware of their speed, a ticket might not be warranted.
I’m just saying.
