Call center to close, laying off 81
Travelers Advantage Services will close its Westerville travel-reservation business at 300 W. Schrock Rd. and lay off the 81 employees who work at the call center.But more than 700 workers will remain employed at the facility, which has been in Westerville since at least 1985, a spokesman for Travelers Advantage Services said.
