Advocacy Group Decries PETA’s Inhumane Treatment Of Women

Women Deserve Better says PETA abuses defenseless, simple-minded women by forcing them to remove their clothing and participate in humiliating…

  1. The onion is such great satire

    “women’s rights” ROFL XD

How do they come up with such hilarious jokes

  2. I’d like to take this time to congratulate PETA on their wonderful 7% adoption rate. “Give PETA the unwanted animals so we can kill them and then blame everyone else, weeeeeeeeeeee” f-ing slackers. So lovely that they only tell one side of the story. The way I see it, theres so many cats, and so few recipies.

  3. people eating tasty animals???
    heck I’ll join

  4. i’m sure they are “forced” to do that

  5. most wemon actully like all the attention……..& during the photo shots they are always being complemented.thats why they can always look and have a sexy face and figure

  6. Fuck PETA.

  7. lol,Women themselves have made their decision appear in advertising. I don’t think that Peta has forced them into it.

  8. Women’s rights? I lol’d

  9. @CDLver
I’m well aware PETA is going nowhere. They have harassed me at Warped Tour and Mayhem Fest with their bullshit about farming practices based on absolutely nothing and lies.

  10. @Youkaikaze I know what non-profit means. >.>

As for Wikipedia, they have to cite credible sources and they have policies they must follow. You can’t change it any way you want. If we go by your logic, then SourceWatch, another wikia that anyone can edit, would also be unreliable, hence rendering what CDLver claimed about the CCF to be nothing more but conjecture.

You know where I’m going with this. Wikipedia being unreliable does not make PETA any less suspicious.

  11. Well there’s your problem! You refuse to believe anything I said, even when I said I don’t care. Beef, no beef is just the way of life, that’s nothing personal. If you won’t to believe something that’s non-PETA related then this conversation won’t go anywhere. Your mind is set, I know that, you won’t change that, there’s no need to proceed if you won’t change.

I’ll agree with your last point, PETA is indeed going nowhere seeing how it has done nothing to bring itself anywhere at all. ;)

  12. 70,000 homeless puppies and kittens are born every day in America while 26,301 abandoned shelter animals die every day waiting for a home, and you have the cheek to criticise PETA for abating this horrific animal overpopulation crisis by providing FREE sterilisation service.

Your “beef” with PETA sounds personal. Get over it. PETA is going nowhere.

A “not for profit” or “nonprofit” organization still makes money. They still pay their employees. They just don’t accumulate wealth for the purpose of influence like other big businesses do. But, it’s still a business, and they’re still making money. The funds which they collect go to, first- paying their employees, and secondly to the cause or causes which they supposedly support.

  14. @eventzz

Wikipedia is user edited; meaning that the reliability of the information is dependent upon the users who edit the site, which also includes its staff and the countless “watchdog” groups whose sole purpose in life seems to be removing facts and information which they don’t like.

So, no, Wikipedia is not really a reliable source of information. It’s more like a decent starting point for further research.

  15. @Larzthe7th Indeed, but the world is starting to be overpopulated with humans, yet no one has neutered or euthanized humans. What PETA does makes no sense lol.

  16. @macintosser LOL! You obviously weren’t paying attention to the entire conversation.

Firstly, I did use a question mark, it’s way up in the comments. Maybe you should try READING.

Secondly, I have stopped and have no intention to continue, as I said, CDLver should do what he wants with his life. READ MY LAST COMMENT. I thought I could help him but it seems he won’t change his mind.

We had a friendly debate that’s all. Your insults shows you understood nothing. You also spelled CDLver wrong.

  17. @eventzz

PETA has a 98% kill rate in their own shelters… They’ve got two ways to handle this overpopulation thing, lol.

  18. 1:50 Omfmog, that’s hilarious!

  19. @eventzz

You stupid moronic cunt… How can you expect to have a question answered, when you don’t actually ask one or use question-marks? So get off your pissy high horse and lay off CDLer.

And what about ‘meat eating’, cretin?

  20. I didnt say breeding, I said PETA neutered animals. Preventing animals from breeding will not solve that problem. The root of the problem are the people who euthanize them and If PETA truly believes in equal rights then animals should have the right to breed

While you skipped a question, I feel that this is not going anywhere and you’re not changing your mind. I actually don’t care about you or PETA. I just wanted people to be careful about what they believe. So do as you wish, it’s not my life

  21. American Humane, a founding member of the National Council on Pet Population, Study and Policy, conservatively estimates that 9.6 million animals are euthanised annually in America. 26,301 animals every day, 1,095 every hour, 18 animals every minute die in 4,000 shelters across the country at a cost of 2 billion taxpayer dollars every year.

Therein lies PETA’s reasoning for not breeding more animals.

  22. I find it funny you went back to reply the “same old boring spin”, in any case, PETA is helping a criminal, when there’s no reason they should.

PETA neuters domestic animals simply because they want them to be “free of our dominance”. So, we’re not allowed to breed animals because we don’t want more people to have them as pets? Ridiculous. The whole “companion animal” thing that PETA loves so much are no different than pets anyway.

You still haven’t answered about eating meat yet. *yawn*

  23. Your anti-PETA propaganda is word-for-word Center for Consumer Freedom spin. PETA does not oppose kind people sharing their lives and homes with a companion animal.

PETA employees bring their companion animals to work, to protests, book signings and other official PETA business.

  24. If PETA sought to conceal the fact that they provided financial support to Rod Coronado for his legal defense, then surely PETA would not have made that filing in their PUBLIC IRS tax records, but the fact is that PETA did. PETA’s own records are your reliable source.

In America, one is entitled to the very best legal defense money can buy.

  25. @CDLver LOL!! I thought you would provide a much more interesting argument, but I guess I was wrong. Also, PETA’s support for the ALF was also mentioned in certain other reliable sources, not just P&T. Don’t label me as anti-PETA propagandist simply because I’m being rational about the facts.

You want a change of topic? Explain to me two things that PETA believes in so much. Why can’t humans eat meat? And why is having animals as pets wrong?
